Belluscura Commitment to Our Customers

Belluscura is committed to its customers, understanding there are times when products ordered just don’t adequately meet your needs. We work with our customers to ensure products with warranties perform according to the product specifications. Warranty information, where applicable, can be found enclosed within the product packaging.

In addition, we offer our own 10-day money back guarantee on most products we sell, so you can shop with confidence knowing if your purchase is not appropriate, you can return your item for a refund, less shipping, handling and related costs set forth below, within 10 days.

 

Returns

No Smoking Policy

For all returns, equipment may be used only in a SMOKE-FREE environment. Violators of the no-smoking policy will forfeit their trial period and will not receive a refund for returned equipment. We will not accept the return of, nor provide a refund, for any equipment that smells of smoke.

 

Return/Exchange Information

We know it’s sometimes difficult to choose the best portable concentrator, even after careful consideration. That’s why at Belluscura, our products include a 10-day trial period from the date the unit is received. Exchanges and returns are limited to 12 hours of use during the trial period.  We encourage you to use your concentrator to determine if the unit will meet your oxygen and mobility needs.

If you have received an item from Belluscura that you are dissatisfied with, please contact Customer Service at (833) 351-2323, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Central Time to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. We cannot accept a return without an RMA.

 

Canceled Order / Refused Delivery Policy

Once an order has shipped, there will be a $150 restocking fee for orders canceled after they have shipped, including deliveries that are intercepted, refused, or unopened boxes that are returned after delivery plus the cost of air shipments.

 

Exchange Policy

Oxygen systems may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase without being subject to any additional fees if they are exchanged for a new oxygen system with a price that is greater than or equal to the purchase price of the returned oxygen system (subject to one exchange per sale).

 

Return Policy for RMA requests filed 0 – 7 days after arrival:

100% refund (excluding shipping and $150 “Resale as Used” fee)

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases, and we will refund your money 100% (excluding shipping costs and “Resale as Used” fee) for all equipment returned. To qualify for a refund, you must request an RMA number and we see that the package is visible in transit in the UPS tracking system on or before the eighth (8th) day.

 

Exchange/Return Policy for RMA requests filed 8 – 10 days after arrival:

100% refund (excluding shipping and 25% “Resale as Used” fee)

If you determine between 8 days and 10 days after you receive the order that you would like to return it, we will assess a “Resale as Used” fee of a minimum of 25%. To qualify for any refund amount (excluding shipping and “resale as used” fee) you must receive an RMA Number and we must see that the package is visible in transit in the UPS tracking system on or before the eleventh (11th) day.

We will provide you with a return shipping label (and deduct the cost from your refund). The UPS label is provided as a cost-saving and security measure for our customers. If you choose to ship your return via a different method, you must insure the package for its full value and provide us with a verifiable tracking number. It will not be considered in transit until we receive a tracking number. You will be responsible for any lost, damaged or missing packages.

 

After 11 days:

We are sorry, but after 11 days we cannot refund or exchange your unit or accessories. Belluscura offers a buyback program for unwanted and unneeded concentrators when inventory is needed. Please email patientcare@belluscura.com or call (833) 351-2323 for additional information.

 

Return Policy for All Other Items

The following items CANNOT be returned: Portable Oxygen Concentrator Accessories.

 

Damaged Items

When your unit arrives:

Once your package arrives, please ensure it is not damaged or defective in any way. Notification of returns for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of receiving your items. In this case, full credit will be issued for both the purchase and shipping costs if the damage is attributable to the shipping company.

In addition, please read the manual that is included with your shipment. It has helpful information with regards to maintaining your unit as well as important warranty information.

 

Please note: 

  • Oxygen concentrators sometimes sustain electrical damage due to customer misuse. If you use a power inverter from 12 volts to 110 volts or from 220 volts to 110 volts, for example, you will damage the unit. In these cases, and all instances of customer-caused damage, the customer is responsible for all parts, labor, and shipping charges to return the unit to us for repair.
  • All new units come with a factory warranty. Warranty repairs will be quickly handled by our customer support department.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges outside of the continental United States.
